School management:
The administration of the educational institution is obliged to respond to cases of bullying and create a commission to consider it. Contact in writing or orally, but it is better to record the fact in a written statement addressed to the director.
National Police of Ukraine:
Contact the police directly if there is a threat to the life, health or safety of the child. You can file a statement yourself if the school does not respond.
