Structure of methodical work

Methodical work is aimed at solving such tasks:

• deepening the content of the general education of students in certain subjects of the curriculum by creating specialized classes, organizing the work of electives, groups; provision of psychological-pedagogical and scientific-methodical support for the functioning of specialized training;

• increasing the quality of students' knowledge of the basic subjects of the curriculum; organization of students' research work;

• increasing the theoretical, scientific-methodical and professional training of pedagogical workers by organizing the work of the school of professional adaptation of young teachers, SMO of subject teachers, creative groups, conducting methodical weeks, decades;

• continuation of work on ensuring the protection and strengthening of the health of students;

• improving the image of the educational institution;

• ensuring the effective work of the school's methodological office;

• increasing the level of extracurricular work in academic subjects;

• dissemination of the advanced pedagogical experience of the employees of the educational institution by publishing materials in professional publications;

• creating conditions for teachers to master innovative methods in order to increase the effectiveness of the educational process.
