August 29 — Day of Remembrance of Defenders of Ukraine

On August 29, on the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine, the Starokostyantynivska Secondary School of grades I-III No. 1 solemnly opened the Memorial Wall in honor of the graduates who died in 2022–2025, defending the independence of Ukraine. The event began with a minute of silence and the performance of the Anthem. Representatives of the authorities, educators, and relatives of the deceased addressed the audience.

The memorial commemorates 12 graduates, including Bohdan Zalomsky, Oleksandr Desyatniuk, Maksym Rusinov, Taras Kuba, Yuriy Severniuk, Vladyslav Pshenychny, Roman Bondar, Volodymyr Savchuk, Serhiy Lysiuk, Lubomyr Savytskyi, Serhiy Shmeretskyi, and Oleksandr Shmeretskyi. Their feat is an example of courage, self-sacrifice, and love for Ukraine.
